IF you wanted a guaranteed date with a Hollywood superstar, you’ve missed your chance.
Rebel Wilson has revealed she used to say yes every time she was asked out.
The Pitch Perfect actress said of her 2019: “I did an experiment where I dated anyone who asked me out.
“It was part of the rules of that year, not that I told people that was happening. I just had to give lots of people a chance and then I learnt lots about myself.”
She makes the revelation to Ant Middleton in his Sky Original show Ant Middleton & Rebel Wilson: Straight Talking, on Sky One tomorrow at 9pm.
When probed by the SAS: Who Dares Wins hardman about what she had learned from accepting every offer, Rebel replied: “Don’t shut yourself off to love.
“I had lots of really good friends but I never allowed myself to get into relationships until the last few years.
“Life is short and you really have to go for it.”
The actress, who has now been with her hunky billionaire boyfriend Jacob Busch for a year, spent 2020 focusing on her health, shedding around 3st.
Since rocketing to fame in 2011’s Bridesmaids, Aussie Rebel has had relationships with stuntman Aden Stay and actor Mickey Gooch Jr, before finding love with Jacob.
But it’s not just Rebel’s love life that comes under the microscope in the show, which sees former special forces man Ant take her into the Mexican desert for several days’ living wild.
She also answers questions about the most dangerous situation she has been in, revealing she was once held overnight by kidnappers in Mozambique, East Africa, with friends.
On the show, which will also be available to stream on Now TV, she tells Ant: “There was one time in Africa where I got kidnapped.
“It was in rural Mozambique.
“We were on this cattle truck and these men came on another truck with a lot of guns.
“[They pulled up beside us] with the big guns and they were like, ‘Yeah, you’ve got to get off your truck’.
“They took us to a house in the middle of nowhere.
“I felt like I was very good in the crisis. I was like a team leader.

“They sat us down and I said, ‘Everybody link arms’, because I was petrified in the night that they might want to take one of the girls or something.
“Luckily we weren’t harmed and then the next day they came and said, ‘Your truck is ready now. You can go. Go, go’. We didn’t ask any questions.”
She certainly lives up to her name Rebel.
